Practical information including suggested areas to stay and travel information are provided below, including on-campus accomodation options reserved for EFRC 2025 participants.
Conference venue
The conference will take place at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona across three venues:

Auditori Lletres, where the welcome desk, auditorium and plenary sessions willl take place

Facultat Educació, where parallel sessions, coffee and lunch will take place
-
Plaça Cívica, where the welcome cocktail and show will take place on Wednesday 9th

Travelling to campus from Barcelona via public transport
You can reach Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona by public transport using the S2 Ferrocarrils line. The Ferrocarril stop for campus is "Universitat Autònoma".

There are two accomodation options for EFRC participants on UAB campus:

1. ​Hotel Exe Campus, which is a 20 minute walk from the conference venues. ​

The hotel Exe Campus offers comfortable rooms with natural light, fully equipped for your stay. A limited number of rooms have been reserved for conference participants from 8th to 12th July 2025, available at special rates.

Included: Buffet breakfast and 10% VAT (tourist tax not included).

2. Vila Universitària Halls of residence, with is also a 20 minute walk from the conference venues.

Stay in modern, fully equipped apartments located near the UAB faculties and Hotel Exe Campus.
