Travel Grant Information

Please read the following information carefully before applying.

Eligibility:

• Travel grant applications are only open to European Feminist Research Conference 2025 participants whose abstract has been accepted. 

• Applicants who have previously applied and/or been awarded an Atgender travel grant are welcome to apply again.

• Grants will not be given to applicants who have access to other forms of funding. 

Important information:

• As a membership-based organisation, our resources to allocate grants are limited. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that all applicants will receive a grant.

• Grant applicants travelling from European countries can apply for costs up to 250 euro.

• Grant applicants travelling from outside of Europe can apply for their full costs. However, please note that full costs may not be awarded; grants that cover partial costs may be awarded.

• Grants can be applied for to cover travel costs, accommodation costs and  Atgender membership costs. They do not cover the cost of the conference registration.

• The grant sum is reimbursed after the conference. 

• Submissions must be done before the deadline indicated. Submissions after this deadline will not be considered.

• Please ensure all sections of the form are completed and all requested information is provided.
